Full refunds are granted to customers whom have reasons to return their puppy contingent on being: the age is under 2 years old; is physiologically unaltered in any way; does not show aggression; and/or does not show forms of abuse, neglect or maltreatment.

Partial refunds are for our pups that are over 2 years old; have been physiologically altered; shows aggression; shows forms of abuse, neglect or maltreatment and needs to be rehabbed by our team.
