Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we offer full to partial refunds on the purchase of puppies based on situations, but not on the provision of services. We have a lifetime return policy on the puppies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be sure to confirm you have the puppy you desired, or confirm the quote given for services you requested prior to purchasing.
If you need to return the puppy, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return him/her. Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your puppy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your puppy, or you can choose to have the cost deducted from the return payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
